Engagement

Work begins after scope agreement and deposit. Deliverables, timelines, and acceptance criteria are documented.

Upon full payment, you own project code and assets unless otherwise specified.

We warrant deliverables against defects for 30 days after handoff and address issues caused by our code at no cost.

Liability is limited to fees paid. We are not liable for indirect or consequential damages.

We follow security best practices and process data per our Privacy Policy.
